Bed & Breakfast for Zuri

We’re leaving Zuri with our daughter and her husband over Thanksgiving. This morning I received a message from my son-in-law. Thought you’d like to see how my poor dog will be roughing it.

Hey kiddo. I know it’s late, but I was hoping I could get you to answer a few Zuri care related questions. I would like to make his stay as comfortable as possible.
#1) Does he prefer Big macs, or Quarter pounder with cheese?
#2) Is he amendible to the idea of “slumming it” and maybe getting Taco Bell one night?
#3) We can’t provide fine china for his meals, will he be ok with stoneware?
#4) Does he sleep on the end of the bed, or should I move Mia out to the couch so that he has more room?
#5) On the subject of the couch, is he more of a couch or loveseat kind of guy?
#6) As we do not have cable tv, will he tolerate our running a youtube clip of small furry edibles on repeat?
#7) Baby powder or Talcum powder for his bottom after his buisness?
#8) In the unfortunate event of a power outage requiring us to move to a hotel, would he be comfortable at a Red Roof Inn, or should we make reservations at the Raddison?
#9) Filtered tap water or fresh mountain spring?

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing the Bob and Mia puppy bed and breakfast, and can assure you that Zuri will be cared for with the highest quality of service and compassion.
We are looking forward to your visit and the chance to show you the meaning of the “Quality Dog Excellance” behavior we are known for.

Zuri isn’t ever going to want to come home. (And yes, my son-in-law has a great sense of humor, which he’ll need if he does take Zuri to MacDonalds or Taco Bell because both make my dog very gassy.)

Here’s hoping everyone has as GREAT and FANTASTIC THANKSGIVING DAY as my dog will.

  1. Ha! Very funny! My girls are looking forward to the turkey I’m sure they will be consuming on Thanksgiving. They should be thankful, spoiled dogs!

  3. My dogs would like to stay there, too! Are they taking reservations, lol?????
