2021 a Time of Change
No, I’m not talking about political change, though that’s definitely occurring. For me, one change is this year I’m self-publishing a book (from start to finish). My other big change is my website is going to look different.
Sometime this week (or month), if you visit my website (https://marissoule.com ) it will have a new banner, new layout, new colors and new ways to view my books and (hopefully) order any that appeal to you.
My daughter is the designer and creator. She’s one of those geeky people who actually understands how to create forms and make pictures and words appear on the screen. When I mentioned I thought my website needed to be up-dated, she willingly offered to play around with some ideas and see what I thought.
She’s been working on the design for quite a while, and we decided it’s time to launch the new version and see what kinds of glitches there might be. So, if you visit my website once it’s been switched and have any problems, please feel free to say something here in the comments area. Or, if you like what you see, I’d like to know that, too, so I can tell her. She’s worked hard on this and I really appreciate all she’s done.
Change is good. At least, I hope so.

Thanks, Maggie. I’m not sure when she’ll make the switch. (She does have a day job.) She showed me what it should look like via Zoom yesterday, so I’m excited to have it go live.

Lucy, it’s fantastic to have a daughter who can do this because I sure can’t. She speaks a different language. I guess in the world of coders, she knows several languages. I never mastered dos.
